Single qualifications in business and frontline management rarely provide comprehensive competency units that address all the needs of small business owners, business managers and customer contact managers. To overcome this deficiency, Australian College has combined selected competency units of the BSB42618 Certificate IV in New Small Business and BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management into a very attractive dual qualification.

Dual qualifications are created so that students are able to get into the industry of their choice while gaining the knowledge of two qualifications in less time. Employers are also more attracted to graduates with dual qualifications as they present with additional skills that can have a positive effect in the workplace.
