Study a Fitness, Health and Sport course at our Sydney campus

Our brand new Sydney Campus is now open. Centrally located only metres from Central railway and all transport, you will enjoy this "state of the art" facility. Students will have access to our new lecture theatre, breakout area, free Wi-Fi and ready access to all staff, including lecturers, tutors and course managers.

All practicals will be held in close proximity at a fully operational fitness facility and a large outdoor recreational area. Campus-based intensives will be held on a monthly basis. Students will complete the campus-based course of their choice, while completing their course work online and as a skills based program.

Our campus-based intensives are offered as either Full Time (day time) or Part Time (evenings), please download your brochure for details on all course structures and courses dates throughout the year, or see below for the next upcoming course date:

Full-Time campus-based Certificate III in Fitness Intensive (Mon-Fri 9:30am-3:30pm)
Next Intake Dates: 6 February 2017 or 3 April 2017

Part-Time campus-based Certificate III in Fitness Intensive (Mon-Tue 6pm-8pm)
Next Intake Dates: 20 February 2017 or 19 June 2017

Full-Time campus-based Certificate IV in Fitness Intensive (Mon-Fri 9:30am-3:30pm)
Next Intake Dates:6 March 2017 or 29 May 2017

Part-Time campus-based Certificate IV in Fitness Intensive (Mon-Tue 6pm-8pm)
Next Intake Dates: 24 April 2017 or 28 August 2017

Our fitness courses will prepare you with the knowledge and skills to change people's lives. In this Certificate III in Fitness course, you will learn how to screen and assess a client's fitness using a variety of well-established assessment protocols. You will also learn how to develop effective exercise programs, using an evidence based knowledge model and how to teach and evaluate exercise safely.

You will also gain a thorough understanding of exercise science principles, including concepts of anatomy and exercise physiology and the main theories behind healthy eating for a variety of populations and how to deliver safe and effective exercise to older populations.
