Health and wellbeing have never been so prevalent as they are now. We have access to advanced scientific knowledge on how to better our personal wellbeing, but no time to break this information down so that it can be easily implemented into our lives.

This course has been designed for anyone who has an interest in raising the bar for their health and wellbeing. You will learn the basics of good nutrition including gut health, optimising the body’s performance, and extracting nutritional value out of your meals. We will also explore wellbeing through physical activity including how to develop fitness goals and create an activity plan and structure that works for you.

Wellbeing no longer stops at the physical body and very much involves a holistic approach to self-care. In this course we will also delve into the mental and spiritual sides of wellbeing and explore Mindfulness, meditation, sleep optimisation, stress management and much more.

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their lives through a balanced approach to wellbeing.
